The New American Home 2019

IBS 2019 was a huge success. The New American Home 2019 was presented by The National Association of Home Builders and the Leading Supplier Council members to showcase the technological advancements the housing industry has to offer. This 8,226 sq. ft. showhome, designed and constructed by Sun West Custom Homes in Henderson, Nevada, was distinguished by incorporating a wide variety of contemporary-modern design, characterized by minimal decoration, abundant glass and flat rooflines.

The luxury-home community of Ascaya presented the ideal location to exhibit innovation in technology and design. Industry professionals will be able to view the outdoor transitional entertainment including a vanishing edge pool and a custom fireplace. The New American Home 2019 is the 36th edition in a series of exhibition homes that showcase innovation in technology and efficiency.

We want to give a special thank you to Sun West Custom Homes, the subcontractors and labors, as well as all participants who make this program possible.

The National Association of Home Builders is looking forward to building The New American Home 2020 in the Ascaya development! Stay tuned for more information on the new home.
